Spyware is software that malicious people secretly install on a computer for the purpose of recording user behavior and/or displaying unwanted advertising. Accordingly ilectric may scan visitors to the ilectric website for spyware. If spyware is detected then the user will be offered a link to remove it. Otherwise the scanning will be completely transparent to the user and will in no way interfere with the normal operation of your website. MEMBERSHIP By registering to become a member you further agree to the following membership restrictions. You may create and use only one account. You may not share your account login information with any third party. If you believe someone has accessed ilectric.com using your user name and password without your authorization, you must contact ilectric via the contact form or email address on the feedback page. You also are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access ilectric through an Internet access provider or other third party service. SERVICE E-MAILS ilectric reserves the right to send Members service e-mails notifying the Member of operational or other changes that may affect or significantly change the current services offered. Please note that Members cannot opt out of such service e-mails because these service e-mails provide information critical for the operation of Members' Accounts. FEES AND PAYMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION You can always find the current subscription fees and charges posted in the Members Section of the ilectric site. Your subscription will continue and renew automatically, unless terminated by ilectric or until you notify ilectric of your decision to terminate your subscription by unsubscribing on the website, or via the contact form or email address on the feedback page. If there are any annual, monthly, or similar periodic fees for your subscription, these fees will be billed automatically to the PayPal account designated during the registration process for ilectric or subsequently designated to ilectric, at the start of the annual, monthly or similar period, and at the start of each renewal period, unless you terminate your subscription before the relevant period begins. You agree to pay or have paid all fees and charges incurred in connection with your user name and password for ilectric services (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. All fees and charges are nonrefundable. ilectric may change the fees and charges then in effect, or add new fees or charges, by giving you notice in advance. All fees and charges incurred in connection with your user name and password will be billed to the PayPal account designated during the registration process for ilectric services or subsequently designated to ilectric. TERMINATION ilectric reserves the right to terminate your Account at any time or for any reason, with or without notice. Once your Account is terminated, you agree not to use the site, or to assist or cause another person to post messages on your behalf. MISCELLANEOUS These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, U.S., and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New York. In the event that any portion of these terms and conditions is deemed by a court to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
